| Media World Logistics has now finished the installation of state-of-the-art CCTV cameras at our HQ close to London’s Heathrow airport. We have taken this opportunity to add additional cameras, as well as a building wide FOB system which adds security on all levels. With off site 24hr monitoring capability, 31 day recording of activities and the latest infra red night vision, it gives our Storage and Operations HQ the highest level of security. We feel that this offers additional reassurance to our customers and reinforces our commitment to providing the best services for you. |

| After over a decade of success at Shepperton Studios and the refurbishment of those premises, we have had a seamless relocation to the world famous Pinewood Studios. We continue to offer our excellent location freight services to all our existing customers and welcome new ones to the fold. |
| Currency Surcharge |
| With the airlines suffering because of the economic climate, they have introduced a new surcharge, which is called a currency surcharge. This varies from month to month but currently is about 13%, and it is for transactions that the airlines are charged for in a foreign currency. We like all the carriers will have to add this to all customer invoices for jobs that travel either out of the UK or that are collected outside of the UK. This charge is NOT set by us but we have to pass it on to the clients, sorry. |
